Dance Class Registration
Welcome to Lisa's Dance Studio, Marblehead. Located in the heart of Marblehead, Ma. Our studio offers a range of all different styles of dance and acro classes tailored to all skill levels. With a dedicated team we are committed to fostering a love for movement and expression in every student. We are getting ready for another wonderful year, LDS Dance Season 42! We are super excited to meet you for the first time or to welcome you back for another year of dance and lots of fun! We start our dance classes on Monday, September 14th if you haven't registered yet do ASAP!
Registration fee is $50.00. Registration for 2 or more dancers in family is $75.00. We are located at 46 Tioga Way on the 2nd floor. Join us and discover the passion and artistry of dance that defines Lisa's Dance Studio.

Dance Wear
Dance wear must be worn to all classes.
Ballet - Leotard, Tights, Pink Slippers.
Pointe - Pink or Peach Pointe Shoes
Jazz - Beige Jazz Shoe
Tap - Beige Tap Shoe
Acro - any leotard with jazz shorts and White Acro Slipper
(All shoes should have the student's name inside.)
Hip Hop- any leotard and jazz shorts with black combat boots or sneakers.
Intermediate and advanced students should wear a dark colored leotard and tights in class at all times. Absolutely no t-shirts or sweatshirts in class, except under extremely cold conditions. In jazz, students are allowed to wear fitted jazz pants, tank tops, or jazz shorts. Students are never allowed to wear sweat pants or any baggy pants.
Hair
Students' hair should always be off of face and neck so instructor is able to make the proper alignment and posture corrections. In ballet, buns are preferred. In tap, lyrical, acro, and jazz, hair must be worn in a ponytail.
Dance Bag
Students should have a dance bag with their shoes, hair elastic, bobby pins, hair spray, water bottle, deodorant, hair brush, and towel in it.
Tuition Policy
There are 3 dance class semesters per school year. Tuition payments are due the first class of each semester with the first payment due at registration. Lesson payment is required in advance of all classes. Tuition is non-refundable.
Payment #1 at registration end of August/Sept 1st
Payment #2 week of November 16th
Payment #3 week of Feb. 8th
Competition Choreography Team Member Fees will be due when Angie is in to choreograph small group dances. Dates - TBA
First payment may be paid by cash, check, venmo or credit card. Venmo is @lisamoretti LDS prefers cash and checks for all payments but also accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND American Express. The studio must have a credit card number on file from each LDS family so that 2nd, 3rd, and costume payments are paid on time. If payment is not in by the 1st week of the new semester, payment automatically will appear on credit card.

Your emails will include monthly newsletters, special events, studio news and show information as it is distributed by email. Please check your emails for LDS valuable information.
Vacation Schedule
We follow the Marblehead Public School schedule.
There will be no dance classes on the following dates:

Fri. Dec. 18th -Jan. 3rd- Holiday Vacation
(classes resume on Mon Jan 4th)
Mon. Jan. 18th- Martin Luther King Day
Feb Vacation- Mon. Feb. 15th - 20th
April Vacation- Mon. April 19th- 24th
Costume Payments
All costume payments are due Dec. 1st, 2026! If your a comp dancer you will have costume payments due before this date because it does sometimes takes months to get these costume orders so we have to prepare to be ready for our competition and recital/showcase season which starts at the end of January/27.
Recital
The annual dance Showcase will be scheduled for TBA. Tickets are required and will be available at the studio prior to the performance. Tuition and costume payments must be paid in full before purchasing recital tickets.
Policy- Recital Fee. Due to an increase with the Marblehead School System of their payment for use of the PAC auditorium we will have to implement a $150 fee per family for the upcoming 2026/2027 season. This payment will be due on April, 1st, 2027. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellations Due To Weather
Dance classes will be cancelled if school has been cancelled for Marblehead. If storm starts in the afternoon, please call studio for information, or check our website or facebook page.
